Greetings to all of you! I hope you had a wonderful summer and opportunities to relax with family and friends. Members of your Board have been busy planning and preparing for a new season of educational and social events. For 2006-2007, I chose the theme: "Putting the Healthcare Puzzle Together." Today's healthcare picture is analogous to fitting together pieces of a jigsaw puzzle; each piece falls into its right place providing a coherent and detailed picture of the whole.

I thank you for the opportunity and honor to serve as your President, and I look forward to working with members of the Board. My personal participation with OCDHS started by volunteering to sell raffle tickets at dinner meetings, which afforded me the chance to meet all colleagues in attendance.

I invite you to be an active part of OCDHS by attending planned events through the coming year. I ask for your support and hope you will find your opportunities to be an active part of our professional association by sharing your piece of the puzzle.
