Message from Six Rivers Component

Welcome to the Six Rivers Dental Hygiene Component. The component consists of Humboldt and Del Norte County, located in the beautiful Northwest CA, with Humboldt County being the southern gateway to the Pacific Northwest. The counties encompass millions of acres of forest lands, protected giant redwoods 2000 years or older and borders the Pacific Ocean. We have fishing in the Klamath River for salmon and the Eel River, which is one of the largest and wildest rivers in the state.

Six Rivers Component is the smallest component in the state. The ongoing goal for the component is to increase membership by approaching our non member hygienists, offering at least two C.E. courses every year and being active in community service.

Meetings are from September to May, taking the summer months off. Due to the restructuring of our meeting dates, it is best at this time to contact an officer to get the next meeting date and C.E. course information.
