Program Description: The Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene online program makes it possible for dental hygienists with an associate's degree to return to school and earn a bachelor's degree as they continue practicing their profession in their own communities. Students taking advantage of the program live as close to ETSU as Jonesborough and as far away as Hawaii.

Program Description: Online Baccalaureate program, Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Track B degree completion program provides advanced education for dental health care providers who may wish to prepare for a career in education, research, health care management and public health or to broaden their background by completing their college education.

Description of Program: The BSDH degree completion program targets dental hygienists who want to earn their B.S. degree in dental hygiene from home. To receive your B.S. degree, you must earn at least 30 hours through NAU, of which at least 18 must be at or above the 300 level. In addition, at least 30 hours of the total coursework you use for your degree, must be at or above the 300 level.

Emphasis for this scholarship will be placed on financial need, experience with underserved populations and professional membership. If you feel that you might qualify for this scholarship please visit our scholarship page and complete the application before August 1, 2006.

Description of Program: The O.I.T. on-line degree-completion program enables professional dental hygienists to complete a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene without giving up their current positions to continue their schooling. Description of Program: B.S. in Dental Hygiene is offered entirely online. Courses are designed to be centered in terms of scheduling, duration, learning materials, assignments, and interaction between faulty and students. Online courses follow an accelerated 8-week course allowing students to earn their degree at a full-time pace while still maintaining their professional work schedule.

Description of Program: Students will be accepted to the program each term. Courses will only be delivered online in a modmester(short) term. Each course will last six to eight weeks. Students can participate anytime of the day or night but will be required to participate about five days per week. Students take one course at a time. Approximately one week after one course is finished the next will begin.
